This policy explains how personal data is processed on studiosolaris.org, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, this policy covers it too.
2. Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or write to us, we process the data you give us (name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message) to answer your request and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the job. We keep this data as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal retention duties.
3. Hosting

When you visit, Squarespace processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of access, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Squarespace sets necessary cookies for this. Contact form submissions are stored with Squarespace.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, USA) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We only look at the results in aggregated form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. YouTube videos
Some pages show videos hosted on YouTube (Google). When a video loads or plays, YouTube may set cookies and receive data such as your IP address. For details, see Google's privacy policy.
6. Social media links
This site links to our Instagram profile (Meta). Data is only sent to Instagram if you click the link and visit Instagram.
7. Transfers abroad
Some of the providers above process data in the USA or the EU. Where a country does not offer an adequate level of data protection, transfers rely on recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies or standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
Within the limits of the law, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and receive it in a common format. Write to thibaud.m@studiosolaris.org. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.
